I found your site by chance looking for info on building an atelier (I’m a painter) and was charmed by your site. I bought the e-book, which I find very informative, inspiring and to the point. I’m now interested in building Louise, as my atelier. In the sample plans I noticed some windows labeled ‘dimensions according to producer’, does that mean the design for items labeled as such are based on preproduced items? Do the plans include dimensions which permit construction on-site of all parts in the design? Thanks!

now, is this more expensive because of plumbing and electrical cost? the cabins are much cheaper, so if we wanted to use this design without plumbing, would that lower the cost?

Do these plans include electricity/plumbing/gas plans?

Could the front roof line be extended forward as to cover the deck portion, keeping it dry from the, elements, rather than
the canvas canopy?

Of course, quite easily could front roof cover whole porch
