Hi Joshua, we have building restrictions but can build 10m2 without council permission. Is it possible to enlarge the Tea House design to 10m2 and add height – to 4 metres? Thanks

It looks like it is on posts. Can it be modified to have a wrap around porch with the roof extended over it all the way around?

5 months 21 days ago

That should not be a problem, but the roof is already quite low..

Can you combine two of these into a larger home?

7 months 15 days ago

I’m not sure what you mean, you want a bigger tea house?

7 months 15 days ago

Yes, sorry. I should have worded that better

Of course, we can adjust these plans according to your wishes.
We can arrange details via email. Plese let me know.

I have a godson who, at 12 years old, was enchanted with a teahouse in the Japanese garden in Herman Park, Houston. “What a perfect place just to sit and think & pray” he said. Last year he was ordained a priest, though he is still at university for a Ph.d I told him when he gets settled in wherever he is posted, I would build him this teahouse if he can get a spot of land to put it on. He is delighted at the prospect.

I would like to scale down this plan to 2/3 the current size. Is that possible?

11 months 19 days ago

Yes, of course. The tea house may be even smaller!
