hi did you have feedback from someone building aikido already? what thermal insulation does it need? how is it in winter?

not yet, Aiko is very new design. You can use mineral / hemp / wool thermal insulation.
In winter? Depends on the amount of thermal insulation and on the type of heating 🙂
