Product Description

The main concept of this design is to create a single central air living space. Stairs, kitchen, bathroom and storage of wood are separated from the main living space. It‘s separated both spatially and in color. Another great feature is the construction of the floor, which is made with a net. It divides the main space and creates another floor. This house is designed as an experimental space. The less adventurous users can use this house as an attractive weekend tiny house or as an playhouse for children in the corner of the garden. The more adventurous users can use it as a residence. This unique tiny house is relatively small in size which makes it affordable. The framework of the house is made of timber and studded OSB boards. The boards are covered with aesthetic wooden slats, which emphasize the height of the structure. The roof is made of asphalt strips. This tiny house is named after pin-up girl Bessie Love.

At your request I can modify dimensions of this tiny house.

Do you buy your own materials for the house?

I love this house plan and have been looking at it for a while. Can you tell me about the windows in the front? Is there a slider or a hinged door to enter and exit?

Hi Jenna, thank you! I’m happy for your interest. Regarding the front facade: type of windows depends on location of the house and weather conditions, in hot places the top windows would need to be openable, e.g. hopper or awning windows would be used with preferably wooden frames with profiles that are in fact slightly bigger than on the pictures. The door would be hinged. (I have to admit, there are still some details needed to be finished on these plans, so if you were interested in purchasing them and had a particular idea what you’d prefer, you could let us know via email and we may be able to incorporate them. Or, as in case of all our plans, you can always adjust anything according to your preferences during the building project.) Joshua

Could a regular floor be installed rather than the netting?

1 year 1 month ago

Of course, this nett-floor is only one of the possibilities..

I want to purchase but I'd like to make a couple adjustments if possible. Thanks.
